Everyone knows that laughter is the best medicine.
Lately I have started to watch stand up comedies before my work day. Once I have everything packed up and breakfast ready I will sit down with my husband to enjoy some good laughs. This really puts me in a great mind set before a stressful workday.
Then when we come home, and put on another comedian while we are relaxing. I find that this constant laughter has really improved my mental health over the last few weeks. Especially since most of the comedians are making fun of some pretty intense issues that are going on in the world today.
If you want to see some good improvement in your life try to make laughing everyday mandatory. Whether this is in the form of stand up comedians or looking at funny animal videos it all helps in the long run.
