Laughter is the best medicine. When we laugh not only is it an expression of joy but it also helps to keep your body healthy. We all have something that tickles our funny bone more than others. I pretty much laugh at just about everything, but that’s just me. Some people enjoy dry humor, self deprecating, silly, or etc. Whatever it is take time out of each day to laugh!
